Matt Schrock is Cycle Works’ proud owner of 23 years, and has been in the industry since the mid-seventies. Matt began his career at Mister Kawasaki of Goshen, Indiana in 1976 as an assistant technician and parts specialist. In 1992, Matt’s passion and expertise of the power-sports industry enabled him to acquire a business license to fix and repair motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles out of his 2-stall garage. While operating Cycle Works part-time, Matt worked full-time as the General Manager at Suzuki Sport Cycle of Elkhart, under the ownership of infamous Gary Horton. Gary Horton provided Matt the knowledge and skill-set necessary to own and operate a successful business. Shortly after the tragic accident and death of Gary Horton and his wife in 2000, Matt decided to launch Cycle Works as a full-time business. In 2004, Matt acquired new property and expanded his business into our current location, adding a fully-stocked parts and accessories store, in-addition to our fully-staffed service department.

Allen Jacobs is Cycle Works’ General Manager with over a decade of experience within the industry.  He is nephew to owner Matt Schrock, and has grown up majority of his life within the walls of Cycle Works.  Allen studied Business at IU Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics, which has enabled him to be a specialist in small business.  He brings to Cycle Works a great deal of expertise, and will continue his efforts to grow Cycle Works as a company.  In his spare time, Allen enjoys wrenching and restoring vintage motorcycles and rides motorcycles daily.  Allen is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and is determined to make a difference within the local power-sports industry. 

Todd Delp is Cycle Works’ acclaimed technician with over 40 years of experience. In 1974, Todd began wrenching at Kawasaki Square of Elkhart, shortly after retiring from amateur flat track racing. Todd stayed with the Kawasaki franchise through the 1980’s and 90’s despite numerous acquisitions of new owners. In 2007, Todd retired from the Kawasaki dealership of Goshen and became part of the Cycle Works Team.  Todd provides our customers and service department with unmatched precision and expertise of any motorcycle, ATV, UTV, scooter, or snowmobile.

Kevin is the most recent addition to the Cycle Works team. He brings impressive experience both in the shop and in the rider’s seat. Look for a full bio coming soon.
